Dr. Tracy Saff Dow is a highly experienced and compassionate psychologist dedicated to empowering individuals to develop a profound love for themselves and their lives. With a wealth of expertise spanning over two decades, she understands that life's journey is not always linear and that seeking support is an act of courage. Dr. Dow recognizes the transformative power of therapy and believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and support.
Throughout her extensive career, Dr. Dow has worked with diverse populations, leveraging her comprehensive background in various clinical settings such as outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient hospitals, foster care, university counseling centers, jails, and courtrooms. She has also received specialized training in trauma, assisting survivors of abuse, as well as counseling soldiers with PTSD as part of the TIRR program.

Dr. Dow's academic achievements reflect her dedication to excellence. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland before obtaining a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where she collaborated with executives and team members to enhance productivity and job satisfaction within corporate environments. She further pursued her education, earning a second Master's degree and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, with her doctoral research focusing on the correlation between eating disorders and substance abuse.
Committed to continuous professional growth, Dr. Dow is a Strategic Intervention Coach trained by Robbins/Madanes, a program developed by Tony Robbins. She is also certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), a cutting-edge trauma technique. Notably, she has designed a program for schools centered around the significance of the father-daughter relationship and its role in fostering strong female leadership.
